Who we are

Pinky Brain Digital (“we”, “us”) is a digital agency based at International House, 109–111 Fulham Palace Road, London, W6 8JA. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@pinkybraindigital.com.

What information we collect

  • Enquiries. If you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you are interested in and the message you send.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a quote, audit or proposal.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations if you become a client.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business (Article 6(1)(f)). Where we ask for consent, for example for marketing emails, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting and email providers, and only as far as needed for them to do so. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as is needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and for as long as the law or our legitimate business needs require. We review and delete information we no longer need.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. If we add tools that set non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete or restrict our use of it, to object to our use of it and to ask for it in a portable format. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
